I both can NOT believe this girl is 3… and at the same time it feels like she is 18 some days. My first born has taught me so much about life.
How to really feel, I mean REALLY feel. Both BIG happy feelings, feelings of absolute joy, and BIG not happy feelings, man we can get MAD and SAD.
Grace doesn’t do anything half way. She lives each day fully. I love how a dear friend said it, “I can’t wait to see what Grace does with her life, whatever it is, it is going to be BIG” and that is so true with this girl.
She stole my heart the moment I saw her, she tests the boundaries, she is fierce and independent and yet she is so gentle and such a lover. The truth is, those who have a chance to really get to know this girl. They are the lucky ones. My life is better because of her. <3 She is my tink.
Her birthday party was an absolute success. We celebrated at the little gym with her closest friends. It was so wonderful to leave all the decorations with the office and have them set everything up for us. We had a princess party (of course) with an ariel cake. It was the perfect day.
We even got spend the morning going roller-skating as a family for the first time. We are truly blessed. <3
