Duke and Atlanta!

What a wonderful week full of doctor visits, hanging out with Dada, and heading to Atlanta to start our two week adventure with Mama, Mimi and J-pa.  Here we are hanging out before our duke appointment. Grace absolutely loves her playroom. It has been such a blessing as she has gotten more and more mobile! She is one mover and shaker and we wouldn't have it any other way.

At Duke in the parking lot, waiting in the waiting room, hanging out on the table, and heading out through the long hallway in Duke to the parking lot. Grace's appointment went amazing! Dr. Jane Bellet was thrilled with the way Grace's hemangiomas look. We will continue to give her medicine until September and then we start giving her a lot less and then she stops it completely before her first birthday. It is nice to have the end in sight!! We don't have to go back to the doctor until November, so that is VERY exciting!

Yummy and healthy snack. Organic Puffs, raspberries, and cucumbers soaked in Italian dressing. One happy waving girl! Then off to a play date with Grace's friend Eva! I can't believe they both sit up and crawl now. Where did our babies go???

Then we made it to Atlanta. Daddy and Uncle Taylor actually drove us half way. We met Mimi and J-pa at the NC border, switched over all the stuff and then drove the rest of the way with them. It was a crazy drive, but we are so glad we are here safe and sound. We started the trip with an early morning hike with J-pa. We saw a deer!!! I am not sure if Grace actually saw it, but she pretended to be excited for us!

Yummy snacks at Mimi and J-pa's. I just love this happy girl!

Fun pool! We hung out in the baby pool and the big pool. The baby pool was warm enough to take a bath in so Grace LOVED it! Mimi and Mama needed a dip in the cooler pool though, so Grace was kind enough to join us for a swim with the big kids! She is really enjoying kicking and splashing. I am so glad she is such a water baby, it sure makes summer time fun!

Sweet girl, you are SOOOO snotty. I am really hoping this means teething is coming soon. Can you believe that you are already 9 plus months and you still have a toothless grin? I will actually miss that mouth full of gums. You have also gotten very ticklish, especially your sides! I love you so much.
